01:25:50 David: Do they have a timetable when we will get access to our homes?
01:28:49 Glen Zeh: I use an Iptv service with a firestick. It buffers frequently . I'm trying to determine if it is the IPTV service, the firestick, or the fiber service. Is there a way to determine what causes the buffering?

00:37:18 Claudia Ruiz Gustafson: Can we still freeze the service 4 months a year?
00:46:38 Chris: If I already have an ooma system, would it be necessary to use the one you offer?
00:47:02 jan: What is he size of the router you supply
00:47:05 gailweinstein: Is there any charge fir the internet during the months you suspend service?
00:47:46 David Schafran: how close together do the NID and ONT need to be to each other?
00:47:56 Jane Cashman: When will service come to fsa-06?
00:48:07 Tim Rebbeck: We are about to run underground lines to our house. Should we wait to have your install done after the line install, or can this be coordinated at once since we will be digging already?
00:48:27 Jeremy Dunn, Becket Broadband: router provided is SmartRG 400ac. I will show a pic in a minute
00:48:54 Jeremy Dunn, Becket Broadband: if you're digging conduit, PLEASE add extra for fiber. 2" is sufficient, and it must not have anything else in it
00:49:09 Jonathan Berck: Will the presentation on 11/6 be the same as this one, or will there be different/additional information?
00:49:42 Glenn W. : For the router, is there a BYOD option?
00:49:55 Todd: We already have conduit, will frozen ground still impact? We understand snow would be an issue
00:50:07 iPhone: We have had our survey for underground service. (End of September) we haven’t heard anything since. When can we expect construction?
00:50:27 lucy sandler & phil: If the line falls down in a storm, will someone come to restore it?
00:50:55 marcus manoogian: If we’ve had our initial consultation already, about how long should we expect to wait for the next consultation? We’re in FSA-09. Thank you!
00:51:50 Herb Dickson: Can you be a little more definite about the timeline for installation on Winter Drive
00:52:15 Gail Weinstein: Is there a possibility of getting cable tv along with the internet?
00:53:40 Terri Parent: If we are not in the area when they are dropping the lines into the homes can we schedule a time when we are back in the spring?
00:54:45 Jackie O: what if I don't have a basement?
00:55:02 Stephen Root: We have a summer cottage with a crawl space with no power. Can the ONT be placed inside the cottage?
00:55:14 Jeremy Dunn, Becket Broadband: if you don't have a basement, the equipment will be placed in a convenient place where you have power
00:55:24 Jeremy Dunn, Becket Broadband: yes, the ONT can go inside the living space
00:55:37 Stephen Root: aThank you.
00:55:54 Nancy’s iPhone: Can we get all this info in written form? Listening and taking notes is a recipe for not actually HEARING all the info. Can something be written that we can receive? And- if we received info about this meeting doesn’t that mean we have already filled out the app? I ampositive I did……but am sort of worrying that I didn’t now!
00:56:33 Lee Burnette: I second this request for all this info in written form. My auditory memory is poor and it's great to have things in writing.
00:56:52 Jeremy Dunn, Becket Broadband: tons of info on www.BecketBroadband.org - please check it out
00:56:54 Allan Beth: Can I run a CAT6 to the second floor, instead, on my own?
00:57:17 Jeremy Dunn, Becket Broadband: yes, you can run CAT6 throughout the house. make sure it's cat 6e, which supports gigabit service
00:57:18 Linda Benton: Can I attach a satellite to the router to reach another floor rather than run CAT6 cable?
00:57:24 Brett Henault: when is main st. near bonnie rigg getting hooked up? I'm dying over here.
00:57:49 Jeremy Dunn, Becket Broadband: not a "satellite" - you're thinking a "wifi extender" - I'd suggest waiting to see what kind of coverage you get before
doing that.
00:57:49 Grace Blank: where do we access the recorded session?
00:57:52 juliagrace: We’re in Sherwood Forest. Electric pole is probably less than 50’ from the wall where box is on outside of our basement wall. Our driveway should be re-done after stormy erosion. Should we grin and bear it with our driveway until after the line has been put under our driveway from pole to meter on the house?
01:07:29 nina tanenbaum: We close our house for the winter. How do we arrange for installation?
01:08:03 Dave Labrecque: Michael Rien, please mute your audio.
01:09:18 Dave Labrecque: Thanks. :)
01:10:10 Allan Beth: My Verizon router blocked a lot of ports. Will this one block ports.
01:12:26 marcus manoogian: Crystal Pond is FSA-09
01:12:32 marcus manoogian: :)
01:12:35 Tim Rebbeck: I think Crystal Pond is in FSA-9, so “coming soon”
01:13:14 juliagrace: Can we consult now, before snow becomes an obstacle, knowing that actual install may not happen until spring?
01:13:22 Tom Burkhard: Lisa gave the impression that if you have underground services Whip City would be “trenching” your fiber cable. I have underground and Whip City ran the fiber through my underground phone conduit. No trenching necessary. Also, Dig Safe must trace your underground power if trenching is necessary.
01:14:25 Stan & Robin: Can we connect a battery back up to the ONT?
01:15:02 Lisa, Whip City Fiber: Tom is correct, if you have conduit which can be reused, you will not need to have any digging done.
01:15:23 nina tanenbaum: what is your phone number?
01:15:24 Terri Parent: will they contact us via email when it is available in our area so that we can schedule a drop into our home - we paid the 49.99 a couple of years ago.
01:15:26 Nancy’s iPhone: George Carter Rd near Jacob’s Pillow- what # area is that????
01:15:46 David Schafran: I do not see Jeremy's phone number
01:16:41 Lisa, Whip City Fiber: 623-6117
01:16:44 Jonathan Berck: I believe George Carter Rd is in FSA-04
01:16:50 Rich and Laura Fredricks: We have a 500 foot underground install that needs to be dug. How far will the $2000 subsidy go for us?
01:17:28 Rich and Laura Fredricks: Installer came out. We are waiting for an estimate.
01:17:43 marcus manoogian: after consult, will Becket town hall reach out or do we need to make contact?
01:17:47 marcus manoogian: for the subsidy
01:17:51 Lei-Anne Ellis: Jeremy please repeat your phone number
01:17:52 Jackie O: we have two separate buildings for living...do both get wired or can we use a extender?
01:17:54 Linda Colvin: Would it be wise to keep my AT&T/Direct satellite service and Verizon phone in place for redundancy until everything seems to working well?
01:18:09 Lisa, Whip City Fiber: Jeremy’s number is 623-6117.
01:19:04 juliagrace: What kind of support will be ongoing after all installation?
01:19:27 Linda Colvin: Does Jeremy’s # get text as well as a phone call?!
01:19:42 Lee Burnette: Is it possible to get two fiber lines to the house or is it only one per house?
01:21:38 Chuck Miller: What kind of Battery Device do we need? For which equipment?
01:22:15 Jeremy Dunn, Becket Broadband: jeremy.j.dunn@gmail.com
01:22:47 Lisa, Whip City Fiber: Uninterruptible Power Source is the battery device you might want.
01:22:47 juliagrace: We want to afford internet to our guest house. Garage lies between our residence and the guests’ house. Does that involve more cable or big strong equipment to get it that far?
01:22:55 marcus manoogian: Chris DM’d the following to me: I’m in FSA1 and have singed up…should I have been contacted for a consult already?
01:23:20 juliagrace: Will do!
01:26:09 Rich and Laura Fredricks: Thank you Jeremy and Lisa.
01:26:12 Jackie O: thank you very much....lots of helpful info!
01:26:18 Lee Burnette: Thank you both!
01:26:24 Linda Colvin: Great!
